This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations for course registrations and services provided by Thorxianzla ("we," "our," or "us").

Return Period

Course registration cancellations and refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled course start date. Requests received less than 7 days before the course start date may be subject to different terms as outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the course start date
  • The course has not yet commenced
  • You provide your original registration confirmation
  • The request is made through our official contact channels

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions.

Cost of Return Shipping

Since our services are primarily course-based and conducted in-person, there are typically no shipping costs associated with returns. However, if you have received any physical materials as part of your course registration, you may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Process

To initiate a return or cancellation:

  1. Contact us via email at feedback@thorxianzla.world or through our contact form
  2. Provide your registration confirmation number and course details
  3. State the reason for cancellation
  4. Wait for confirmation from our team

Once we receive and approve your request, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items or services are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Courses that have already commenced
  • Completed course sessions
  • Digital materials that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Gift certificates or promotional vouchers (unless required by law)
  • Services that have been fully rendered

General Legal Requirements

In accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel certain transactions within specified timeframes. This policy is designed to comply with applicable provincial and federal regulations while providing clear guidelines for our specific services.

If you are a consumer in Quebec, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Please contact us if you believe your situation qualifies for special consideration under applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your course registration:

  • More than 7 days before course start: Full refund minus any processing fees
  • 3-7 days before course start: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before course start: No refund, but you may transfer your registration to another person or future course date (subject to availability)
  • After course has started: No refund available

In cases of emergency or exceptional circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Procedure

Once your return or cancellation is approved:

  1. We will send you a confirmation email
  2. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
  3. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  4. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
